Thrive Youth Center is the largest LGBTQ youth shelter in Texas. Located on the Haven for Hope campus, Thrive Youth Center has 13 emergency beds and 45 community apartments to provide emergency and long term housing for youth in Texas.

Paid Holidays
Thrive offers 16 paid holidays include 3 floating holidays to be used at employee discretion.
Wellness Leave
Staff accrue 2 hours of wellness leave per pay period, accruing 52 hours of wellness leave per year. Wellness leave can be used for anything that supports individual wellness.
20 Days PTO
All staff are awarded 20 days PTO in their first year of employmenet.
